About Us
Randy Bane
(Founder and Executive Director), along with his wife Susan, have developed a program of networking, providing resources and assistance for veterans of all ages and their families.
     Randy grew up in a duffle bag, meaning he comes from a military family. His father a decorated war hero and officer served the U.S. Army in WWII and Korea. Susan's father was a Naval Aviator in WWII, whose family has a long lineage of service in the military - documented through the Civil War and Revolutionary War. Thus, Kansas Soldiers is dedicated to all U.S.
Veterans from all wars to the present.
     Randy served with the U. S. Army and NATO Special Forces as a medic and later as a chaplain with the U.S. Air Force Civil Air Patrol.
   He is State Chaplain of Vietnam Veterans of
America, Chaplain for Gold Star Families, serves on the National Council of PTSD out of Maryland, member of Patriot Guard, many civic groups and Chairman of Veterans Family Memorial Project (currently on hold).

ChiART Studio is Randy and Susan's family business specializing in art instruction and interior painting and design for your home. A booth is displayed with many items related to Kansas Soldier: basic information, PTSD pamphlets, knitting patterns for helmet hats and laps robes, plus a drop off site for finished projects.

There are also items for sale that benefit Kansas Soldier from large items, to collectibles, and patriotic items.
